The Equipment & Assets Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting RCC by managing club equipment, uniforms, and assets to ensure they are ready and available for matches, tournaments, and activities. This involves maintaining organization, coordination, and collaboration with the Executive Committee and Directors to meet equipment needs efficiently. The Coordinator must be knowledgeable about RCC’s match operations, asset lifecycle, financial processes, branding, and storage systems.The role includes maintaining inventory, monitoring equipment condition, coordinating logistics for matches and events, and ensuring safe usage. The Coordinator also manages uniform and apparel readiness, working with the Director of Finance & Public Relations to align with branding and budget guidelines. They contribute to equipment planning by identifying needs, recommending purchases, and providing cost estimates.Effective coordination involves aligning equipment readiness with schedules, communicating needs to avoid disruptions, and supporting teams and volunteers. Leadership responsibilities include ensuring continuity, assisting with volunteer onboarding, and maintaining records for smooth transitions. The Coordinator must act in RCC’s best interest, perform duties reliably, collaborate with others, and manage conflicts of interest. Essential skills include organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication.
