Equipment Coordinator
The Equipment & Assets Coordinator supports RCC by ensuring that club equipment, uniforms, and physical assets are appropriately identified, maintained, and available to support matches, tournaments, and club activities. The role focuses on readiness, organization, and coordination, working collaboratively with other Executive Committee members and Directors to ensure equipment needs are met in a timely and practical manner.

Sanjay Bhageerathan
Director of Policy & Documentation
The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and the club’s Code of Conduct, ensuring alignment with 501(c)(7) standards and laws. It involves ensuring all playing members sign compliant waivers to protect the organization legally. Documentation must be maintained per IRS and state requirements for transparency and compliance. Governance and legal compliance are crucial, including necessary filings and maintaining financial documentation. The role assists with audits to ensure operations align with 501(c)(7) purposes, and governance documents reflect legal requirements.Key qualities and skills required are strong organizational skills for managing documentation, knowledge of 501(c)(7) regulations, experience in policy development, and attention to detail for legal compliance. Director of Finance & Public Relations

The Activity Coordinator supports RCC by planning and coordinating non match, non-tournament club activities that strengthen member engagement, community connection, and club culture. These activities may include social gatherings, orientation sessions, informal meetups, and recreational cricket activities that align with RCC’s mission and values. The role focuses on execution and coordination, working collaboratively with the Executive Committee and relevant Directors to ensure activities are inclusive, well-organized, and appropriately communicated.
